RAC MEETING ROOMS
Need more space? Moonrise Hotel has partnered with the Regional Arts Commission (RAC) just across the street to utilize their facilities at a discounted rate for guests of the Moonrise Hotel. The RAC provides six separate meeting rooms of various sizes that can accommodate up to 200 people. Moonrise Hotel can easily cater your event and provide all the necessary service and equipment you need.

Conference Rooms: 4 separate rooms provide different options for a workshop, a presentation or a social event
Conference Room A: seating 25 at the boardroom table, plus 20 more in the room (29’ x 25’)
Conference Room B: Excellent for use as a classroom or for small presentations (22’ x 32’)
Conference Rooms C and D: accommodates larger groups up to 150 people (28’ x 47’)
The Gallery: Located on the first floor and filled with an ever-changing display of local art (35’ x 32’)
The Studio: Seating up to 130 people with lofty ceilings and studio lights (50’ x 34’ )
Rooftop Terrace: Great for small parties, complete with a panoramic view(32’ x 19’)
